Our Business

We are proving services to individuals as well as business to business transactions at the economical rates. Individuals can also avail different discounts on the purchase of number of items. Wholesale dealers will charge a straight wholesale rate of that particular item and in the case of persistent customer, we may offer some extra discounts to wholesallers.


Placing an Order

Before placing an order, one should explore our storefront to get the desired product, and read the details about that product. You should send us an enquiry to get more detail about product, payment options, and delivery method and cost. You must check the physical quality of our product at our physical office or geting a sample by paying its cost


Product Price

In our storefront, products are priced on FOB basis. Our prices are not included any other charges such as shipping, documentation charges, etc., All other charges will be paid by customer in addition of price of product..


Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed after receiving of confirmation email and receipt of money as per the instruction in email sent to you.


Product Shipment

After the receipt of moeny, your order will be initiated to manufacture within 1 to 3 days. Your order will be ready to dispatch witnin 2 to 3 weeks depending upon the order quantity, kind of product and quality demands. Before dispatch, products are properly packed to maintain its quality and material. After dispatching, it will reached to your location within 3-4 days depending upon your location. Shipment time may be veried on the selection of different shipping method. There mey be delay of 2 to 3 days as per the condition of the route, or some other unavoidable circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, etc,. We are not responible for any delay cause by shipping company.


Order Tracking

Upon your order confirmation, we will send you user name and password to track the status of your order. Now all of your communication is through your control panel.


Return Policy

You can ask us for a refund or an exchange if:
1. Wrong item sent to you;
If you want to return a product, then it must be within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition it was receive. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
You must contact us before return any product back. Any item return without pre-notice will be reject.


Payment Method

We provide a list of payment method after your enquiry email depending upon your order quantity, location, and kind of product.


Shipping Method

We also provide information about shipping method as per order quantity, location, and kind of product or your own choice of shipping method.


Shipping Cost

We also provide information about shipping cost(if applicable) as per order quantity, location, and kind of product or your own choice of shipping method. Shipping cost is not a part of total amount of product ordered.


Documents

All of the necessary documents such as invoices, etc,. will be forwarded alongwith shipment. In case of payment is not fully satisfied, carbon copies of documents are forwarded, whereas original documents are released after the receipt of balance money within 3 days. Charges of document forwarding will be paid by the customer, if any.


Feedback

You will send as feedback email or message through user control panel. All your feedback welcomed and replied, if required, within 3 days.


Note: All the days mentioned above are considered as working day, any holiday announced by government where order in process, or leaves through strikes or other means are not included in these days.
